We love food. We care about people and the planet. This is how we cook and host:
- Fresh, seasonal ingredients — local whenever possible.
- Responsibly sourced seafood only; never endangered species.
- Organic produce where it makes sense and is available.
- Cook from scratch; avoid semi-finished or highly processed shortcuts.
- Freeze smart to reduce waste.
- Keep a tidy, well-organized kitchen and plan purchases thoughtfully.
- Meet or exceed Swedish municipal food-safety standards (e.g., Malmö Environmental Management requirements).
- Stay curious: learn, test, improve—and share what we learn.
