We love food. We care about people and the planet. This is how we cook and host:

  • Fresh, seasonal ingredients — local whenever possible.
  • Responsibly sourced seafood only; never endangered species.
  • Organic produce where it makes sense and is available.
  • Cook from scratch; avoid semi-finished or highly processed shortcuts.
  • Freeze smart to reduce waste.
  • Keep a tidy, well-organized kitchen and plan purchases thoughtfully.
  • Meet or exceed Swedish municipal food-safety standards (e.g., Malmö Environmental Management requirements).
  • Stay curious: learn, test, improve—and share what we learn.
